Order Processing

Orders are processed in the order they are received. Processing time is separate from shipping transit time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.

Delivery time estimates shown at checkout are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

United States Shipping

American Occultist ships orders within the United States using:

  • USPS (United States Postal Service)
  • UPS
  • FedEx

Available shipping options and rates are displayed at checkout based on order weight, size, and destination.

Carrier selection may vary depending on fulfillment requirements. Once an order has shipped, delivery timing and handling are the responsibility of the selected carrier.

American Occultist is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, service disruptions, or high-volume periods.

International Shipping

American Occultist ships internationally to select countries using:

  • USPS
  • UPS

Available shipping options, rates, and estimated delivery times are calculated and displayed at checkout based on the destination and package details.

International delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Customs processing and local delivery services may cause additional delays.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges:

  • Are not included in the product price or shipping total
  • Are not collected by American Occultist
  • Are the sole responsibility of the customer

American Occultist does not control or estimate customs charges.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping information at checkout.

Orders returned due to incorrect, incomplete, or undeliverable addresses may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

Lost, Delayed, or Refused Shipments

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

American Occultist is not responsible for:

  • Carrier delays
  • Customs delays
  • Shipments refused by the recipient
  • Shipments refused, returned, or seized by customs

International Returns

International orders are final sale unless the item arrives damaged or incorrect.

If an international order arrives damaged or incorrect, the customer must contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photographic documentation.
